A turnkey project encompasses all stages, from design to commissioning, delivered by a single partner. Consab becomes your single point of contact and responsibility, managing the entire process from A to Z.

How do we do it?

We coordinate all disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural, plumbing) and all participants (suppliers, subcontractors). Our experience enables us to manage the project rigorously, ensuring constant monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality, and adapting planning in real time if necessary. We manage on-site logistics, from equipment storage to team coordination.

Site management and supervision

What is it?
We ensure rigorous monitoring of field operations to guarantee compliance with standards and technical specifications. This role involves overseeing the entire project life cycle, from launch to final delivery.

How do we do it?

Our management and supervision teams are in direct contact with the site. We coordinate subcontractors, manage detailed week-by-week schedules, and anticipate future needs to avoid blockages (for example, making sure the concrete slab is ready for the ventilation contractor's arrival). We document progress, non-conformities and resolutions.

Installation

What is it?
It's the physical installation of equipment, systems and infrastructure according to approved plans. This is the concrete stage where ideas and designs take shape.

How do we go about it?

Our team of specialized installers works closely with engineering plans and supervisory guidelines. We manage the receipt, storage and assembly of materials, whether modular panels, ventilation systems or other complex components. We are used to working on sites with specific constraints (restricted spaces, ongoing production, difficult access).

Commissioning and certification

What is it?
This stage verifies the correct operation of installations, ensures their performance and confirms their compliance with specific project requirements, particularly in critical environments such as cleanrooms. Final certification by an external, impartial partner validates the air cleanliness of the room, in accordance with ISO standards.

How do we proceed?

We carry out rigorous commissioning tests to ensure that all systems (HVAC, temperature control, humidity, pressure, brightness, static electricity) function as intended. Although ISO certification is carried out by a third party, our preliminary adjustments ensure that your installation is ready to obtain it effectively. We also provide as-built drawings and operating and maintenance manuals.
