Modular system

Factory-prefabricated panels for quick, clean installation and maximum flexibility for projects that evolve over time.

A scalable cleanroom, built to last

The modular system is based on factory-prefabricated panels, walls, ceilings, and partitions, that are assembled directly at the customer’s site. Unlike conventional construction, which is carried out entirely on-site, the modular panels are manufactured under strict quality control, ensuring a uniform finish and precise integration of the weatherstripping. The result: a shorter, cleaner construction process with less disruption to adjacent areas.
The main advantage of the modular system is its reversibility: the panels can be dismantled, relocated, or reconfigured without major demolition, making it the preferred choice for companies whose production needs are changing or that are planning future expansions. However, this flexibility comes with a slightly higher initial cost per square foot compared to conventional construction, especially for smaller spaces.
