We start with an in-depth analysis of your needs, sometimes deconstructing preconceived ideas to validate critical parameters (temperature, humidity, pressure, CO2, light, vibration, static electricity). Our integrated, multidisciplinary approach enables us to consider all trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, architectural) from the outset, ensuring a comprehensive project design. We also carry out advanced pre-engineering which, unlike a simple initial estimate, involves more precise calculations to refine the budget with greater accuracy. This phase is iterative, with feedback and adjustments with you.

We draw up complete engineering plans for each trade (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, etc.). We can also solicit bids from several suppliers for major equipment, not only to obtain the best prices, but also to compare functional and technical aspects, taking advantage of our independence.

Construction support

Our engineers and project managers are in direct contact with the site to quickly resolve any questions or unforeseen circumstances. Thanks to our construction experience, we proactively identify and solve potential problems, whether it's a change of specification, an unexpected supplier delay or an unexpected site condition, to avoid work stoppages and additional costs. We update plans in real time if modifications are required in the field.

Start-up

What is it?
Start-up support accompanies system start-up to ensure optimum performance from the outset. It enables any technical problems to be quickly resolved and settings adjusted, thus closing the project cycle and facilitating the transfer to operations.

How do we proceed?

We carry out rigorous checks and tests to ensure that all equipment (air-conditioning, heating, humidification, pressurization) is working as intended. Although final cleanroom certification is carried out by a third party, our preliminary tests and adjustments ensure that your facility is ready for certification and efficient operation.
