A mobile cleanroom is a self-supporting, relocatable cleanroom structure designed to be installed inside an existing building without requiring major structural work. Unlike a conventional cleanroom that is integrated into a building’s structure, the mobile cleanroom relies on its own structural frame and its own ventilation and filtration systems, and can be dismantled and relocated as needs change.

This type of solution is particularly well-suited for companies that do not yet have a dedicated facility, that need to meet an urgent demand for certified production capacity, or that wish to test the viability of a process in a cleanroom before investing in a permanent facility. The Consab mobile cleanroom is delivered pre-assembled or in modules and can be up and running in significantly less time than a permanent facility.

Air handling unit (AHU) integrated into or connected to the existing HVAC system;
HEPA/ULPA filtration in the ceiling;
Differential pressure control;
Real-time monitoring (temperature, humidity, particles).

Access Equipment

Personnel airlock;
Pass-throughs for material transfer;
Flush-mounted doors.

Mobility options

Adjustable legs with leveling;
Anchorage points for transport;
Utility passages (electricity, water, gas) grouped together for quick reconnection.

ISO compatibility

ISO 6 to ISO 8 in standard configuration; ISO 5 depending on filtration options.
