A LITTLE MORE ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is an international leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector, recognized worldwide for its expertise in the manufacture of plasma-derived medicines. To meet growing demand for its products, the company has begun construction of a new, modern pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Canada—a state-of-the-art facility designed to significantly boost its North American production capacity.
As part of this large-scale project, Consab was commissioned to design and build the cleanrooms. Our team delivered highly controlled environments, fully tailored to the operational and regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry, directly contributing to the successful commissioning of this new production site.
SPECIAL FEATURES AND CHALLENGES
— Significant architectural complexity, particularly due to the presence of inclined planes, space constraints, and structural adjustments required to integrate the cleanrooms.
— Simultaneous management of two construction phases, requiring rigorous coordination to maintain technical consistency and meet the milestones for each phase.
— Responsiveness to client change requests, requiring the ability to adapt quickly in order to propose viable, optimized solutions that comply with pharmaceutical requirements.
— Close coordination among teams to incorporate changes while ensuring that work proceeds smoothly and operations on the construction site continue uninterrupted.

“We had a very positive experience working with Consab. Their strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, attention to detail, and ability to adapt helped ensure the project ran smoothly and that our requirements were met effectively.”
