A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ATP LAB

ATP Lab is a company recognized for manufacturing high-quality supplements, combining science, innovation, and rigorous production standards. To support its growth and meet rising demand, the company has undertaken an expansion of its cleanroom.

For this project, ATP Lab once again turned to Consab, which had already installed their current facility. The major challenge: integrating large-scale equipment into a very limited space, while meeting the strict requirements of a controlled environment. Thanks to meticulous planning, Consab succeeded in optimizing the space and providing ATP Lab with increased production capacity that is perfectly suited to its high standards.

SPECIAL FEATURES AND CHALLENGES

Detailed planning of the steps required to facilitate the delivery and installation of the V-Blender, a large piece of equipment that requires an extremely limited amount of maneuvering space. Each phase of the equipment’s entry and positioning was carefully orchestrated in advance, taking into account the building’s spatial constraints to avoid any unforeseen issues during delivery and installation.
Optimization of the layout to accommodate all required equipment; the available space was maximized through thoughtful design and strategic placement of the facilities. Every square meter was precisely planned to accommodate all necessary equipment while ensuring smooth and safe movement for operators.

Close collaboration with ATP Lab to ensure the continuity of their operations. Throughout the project, Consab’s teams worked hand in hand with those at ATP Lab, ensuring that every decision made on-site aligned with the client’s operational needs and growth objectives.
Agile change management during the project: the client’s requests for adjustments during implementation were seamlessly integrated without significantly disrupting the overall progress of the work. Consab’s ability to quickly reassess priorities and adapt the sequence of work made it possible to deliver a final result that was fully aligned with ATP Lab’s evolving vision.
